At Birra Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened fragrance bottles in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at support@birrafragrances.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the seal of the fragrance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
